We consider our customers privacy of utmost importance, neither your name, phone#, or email addrresss will be available for anyone to access except this websites administrator. All of our customers information is either deleted upon them leaving our site or stored in our SSL secured server.
Terms
BoatParts.us sells mostly used boat parts. All of our items are inspected and/or tested by us prior to shipping. By purchasing any items the buyer is aware that they are used and may have some cosmetic issues. All items are sold as is and we do our best to describe the item completely.
Returns
All shipping and handling expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any returned items will be inspected by us prior to accepting a return and once inspected we will give the buyer a store credit.
Our items are sold as is and we do not offer a warranty neither expressed nor implied.
Electrical items
All of the electrical items sold on this site have been tested by us prior to shipping. We strongly encourage the buyer to read an electrical manual and schematic prior to the installation of their item as back feeding electrical current can damage most electrical components. Where applicable we recommend installing an inline fuse to prevent damage from electrical surges.
We recommend any electrical work done be performed by a licensed electrician or mechanic.
